Data Analyst

We are in search of a Product Analyst who thrives in nimble, fast-changing environments and is passionate about delivering quality solutions to consumers. As a new addition to the product team, this analyst will assist with the collection, interpretation and organization of data and insights to ensure products meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.Responsibilities Include:Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources, including Snowflake w/ SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files.Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior.Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.Previous experience in an analytical role and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) and MS Office Suite, Outlook and other generally used business tools.Basic understanding of product management and development processes.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.Exposure/understanding of subscription-based business models, and telecom industry.
