We are seeking a dedicated Business System Analyst to join our team to optimize business operations and lead system restructuring efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, adjusting, and enhancing various facets of the business to ensure efficiency and effective resource allocation. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across all levels, addressing and advising on system and process improvements, and supporting critical initiatives such as the Compliant Management System and LCPO Workflow Management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Elicit business requirements and document workflows to support LCPO initiatives.Conduct detailed analysis to identify system enhancements, addressing product gaps and bugs.Work alongside the Program Manager, Product Managers, and Legal stakeholders to implement and execute the project roadmap.Assist in defining and assessing future project roadmaps based on business needs from Legal teams.Play a pivotal role in vendor assessment for third-party tool integration and influencing vendor roadmaps while supporting existing legal tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be focusing on critical non-Client related initiatives such as the Compliant Management System and LCPO Workflow Management.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Experienced in Agile methodologies and project management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
