BTI is seeking a C2 Prototype Integrator to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). RCCTO is in the process of developing two complex HMIF formations, one integrated formation for an Armor BCT and one formation for an Infantry BCT within 27 months. The C2 Prototype Integrator will provide mounted mission command integration technical support to the Program Office. This individual will advise the responsible formation Integrator and Lead Systems Engineer (SE) on selecting and managing the optimal mix of tools required to rapidly support the C2 needs (interfaces/network requirements) for the HMIF formations.

Duties:

Provide analysis and recommendations for HMIF mounted mission command integration of tactical mission command / command and control (C2) systems and software such as JBC-P, NettWarior, TAK, and AFATDSSupport recommendations with detailed analysis reports and engineering System View documentsPresent and defending recommendations to the HMID Chief Engineer and System Engineering teamParticipate in all Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, sub-system Design Reviews, and other Systems Engineering meetings as directed.Maintain routine engagements with HMIF relevant Army C2 Program Managers and their products' associated developments & schedulesDeploy CONUS to various test sites to capture relevant system performanceCompile, document, and present network performance at the completion of test eventsSupport test event Technical Exchange Working Groups (TEWG) and TIGR teams to resolve/identify network performance issuesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field4 years of relevant platform and/or software integration experienceExperience in DoD acquisition programs. Army experience preferredExperience with evaluating projects using different methods and options to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets the required specificationsPreferred: Experience with tactical communications and networks.Desired Qualifications:

Experience with prototyping and testingExperience with data analysis and interpretation

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required
