The
BI/Data warehouse
developer
role reports to the Director of Business Analytics and is a member of the Business Analytics team. The job involves programming queries for the enterprise data warehouse, programming end user reports, and providing training and support for end users in the latest BI tools. The role will interact with all parts of the company both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Meet with end users, analyze information needs, and recommend reporting and analytic solutionsProgram reports using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, and. SSRS.Program queries in SQL Server to support the data warehouse and provide end users with data sets.Work with users to create ad-hoc reports and data queriesProvide training to end users on BI tools as part of a self-service environmentEnsure the cleanliness and accuracy of analytical data.Identify any project risks and impediments, notify management, and work with other team members to complete assigned tasks as defined by project scope, timelines and budgetMust reside in Atlanta area and able to train onsite at our location.Qualifications
Required Skills:
Bachelors DegreeMicrosoft SQL Server development experience, including database design, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Proficient in relational and OLAP database design, development, and interaction using Microsoft SQL ServerSolid experience at writing complex Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL queries and understanding requirements for complex queries and procedures.Experience with Power BI development including DAX programming.Experience with Excel Power BI tools (Power Pivot, Power View, Power Query)At least 2-3 years of recent work experience in a BI development environmentExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to set deadlines and manage time to meet project requirementsDesired Skills:
Knowledge of Healthcare industry programmingPrevious work in an Agile/Scrum team environmentExperience with Team Foundation Server
