SAP Solution Architect Manager, OTC / WHL

is responsible for the management, direction, and integration of SAP modules and key shop floor and maintenance systems, functional and/or business areas. This position will establish SAP and shop floor related technical leadership as they develop an architectural blueprint and product technology roadmap that aligns Trinseo's IT and business goals. Oversees, defines and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the Project Manager as needed. Communicates and coordinates with other team leads, business leadership, and Project Manager to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across enterprise. Drives the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational structure and required SAP configuration. This role will be responsible for defining, deploying and managing IT solutions using SAP and other applications in the Warehouse and Logistics (WHL) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) end-to-end process.Key process areas include Order to cash (Sales order management / Pricing / Billing / Rebates) , site logistics and warehousing, outbound and inbound shipping, Transportation planning and management, cross-country shipment processes, 3PL processes and associated interfaces, product labeling, OTC Order, OTC Pricing / Rebates , customer invoicing and associated interfaces, data and reporting provided by the following SAP modules and solutions - SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Logistics Execution, SAP Materials Management, SAP S/4 Transportation Management, SAP GTS, SAP S/4 Embedded Warehouse management and SAP S/4 Advanced Warehouse management and transportation collaboration tools like LBN.This individual also manages two SAP Analysts in Dublin and AMS team and consultants supporting Trinseo in the listed SAP modules above.This will be a hybrid position requiring 2 days in office per week (Wednesday as the anchor day). This position will support a global business and will be required to travel up to 20% and adjust working hours to align with global resources/partners as needed.Responsibilities

The SAP Solution Architect Manager will architect, design, construct, and implement solutions utilizing SAP and ecosystem applications for the Trinseo Order-to-cash and Warehouse / Logistics processes.

Provides solution oversight, integration architecture, and architectural governance for product solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture standardsUnderstands the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to define business requirementsOwns accountability for partnering with key stakeholders to create SAP and shop floor solutions and technology roadmaps that are aligned to architecture principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet Trinseo financial targets (cost and benefits)Accountable for all aspects of SAP solution development, including adherence to Trinseo IT standards in documentation, change / release management and SDLC processes. Accountable for solving complex technical problems and design issues in a timely manner. Supports multiple program and project-level deliverables simultaneouslyAccountable for routine operational activities and service delivery of applicable third party vendor providersResearches and advises functional leadership about industry best practices, trends, and SAP functionality, in support of Trinseo IT strategyManages internal and external resources in the process area. Responsible for personnel management and development of internal resources.Qualifications

Minimum Experience Required:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field; advanced degree preferred15+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP SAP)

3+ years of full life cycle implementations or complex integration projects in a SAP Solutions Architecture role with experience in configuration in Sales and Distribution module.

3+ years of team leadership / management expertiseHas managed cross-functional area of both Order-to-Cash and Warehouse-Logistics.

Experience with SAP S4HANA implementation required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Solution architecture SAP experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) business processes including SAP Sales and Distribution module, SAP Materials Management module, SAP Logistics Execution module and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP S/4 Embedded Transportation management, SAP S/4 Embedded Warehouse management and extended warehouse managementDeep knowledge of SAP OTC module (Sales Order, pricing , billing, rebates, Variant Configuration in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.Experience with Rebate management preferredExperience with e-invoice solution integration using tools like SAP Document Compliance preferred.Experience with integrating SAP with other collaboration and EDI tools like Elemica required.Strong project management and team management expertise required.Demonstrates knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices and techniquesExperience defining overall SAP solution strategy as SAP Enterprise Architect or SAP Integration leadExperience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutionsMust be a relationship builder and capable of functioning with only limited oversight.
