o Printer troubleshooting and Print Managemen
Provide basic support for laptops, cell phones, setup access
Qualifications/Background Profile :
At least 1 yr of IT Tech SupportExcellent Verbal and written communicationAbility to multi-taskExperience with IT Lifecycle Management
