Lead Data Solutions Architect - Hybrid

OVERVIEW:

This position will lead the Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) initiative at Beacon. Will be responsible for hands on delivery, architecting strategies, troubleshooting issues that arise, and managing stakeholder relationships. Also responsible for the development and upkeep of advanced data platforms, which are designed to collect and interpret data from various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIESAligns the organizations strategic objectives with Oracle's data analytics framework, operating model, processes, and capabilitiesDevelops comprehensive data architectural designs and strategies for data products, durable analytic products, and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibilityLeads the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure data architectures to support the organizations data product portfolioActs as a solution owner, defining non-functional requirements such as alerting, monitoring, logging, etc., to ensure operational excellenceLeads Beacon into the future by leveraging Oracle's new capabilities and toolsUnderstands the needs of various various Oracle tools and how they can be utilized to meet System needsUtilizes data engineering methodologies to pull complex data to support loading data into data warehouses and other data analytics toolsDevelops advanced analyses and ETL (extract/transform/load) processes with various toolsAssists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of health care for individuals and populations across the continuum of care through analytics solutionsWorks closely with executives, leadership, managers, service line leaders and others to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting and success of assigned projectsDevelops and incorporates service line clinical, quality, and operational reports and databases utilized by leadership for insight generationLeverages and contributes to the evolution of standards for high quality documentation of data definitions, data transformations and processes to ensure data transparency, governance, and securityDefines, documents and maintains integration standards such as naming conventions and coding standardsMaintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulationsQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years experience with relevant technology experience including: enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology managementPREFERRED SKILLS

Data architecture experience.Knowledge of healthcare systems and data exchange standards.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experienceProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS

Hybrid working environment (remote and onsite in Mishawaka, IN)Must be effective in a fast-paced, quality focused, multi-priority environment requiring the ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.May experience some mental/visual fatigue due to continued use of computer equipment.
