Join us as a Vulnerability Solutions Manager and lead a specialized team of 3-5 security network engineers dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge isolation and network segmentation strategies. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3-5 security engineers, cultivating an environment where intuitive, out-of-the-box thinking meets rigorous logic and objectivity. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy focused on isolating and segmenting vulnerable systems to minimize risk.Network Segmentation:

Design, implement, and optimize network segmentation frameworks using innovative methods that enhance security posture. Ensure vulnerable systems are effectively isolated, minimizing the potential impact of breaches.Risk Assessment:

Leverage your logical and objective mindset to collaborate with cross-functional teams in assessing security risks. Develop creative, tailored solutions to address identified vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards.Incident Response:

Serve as the escalation point for security incidents involving vulnerable systems. Work closely with the incident response team to quickly isolate affected systems and mitigate threats using strategic, outside-the-box solutions.Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate complex security concepts to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision. Provide regular updates on security initiatives, risk mitigation strategies, and progress toward securing vulnerable systems.Continuous Improvement:

Stay ahead of the curve by constantly exploring new technologies, industry trends, and emerging threats. Drive continuous improvement in network segmentation and isolation practices with a creative, forward-thinking approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security, vulnerability management, or related areas.Proven experience leading and managing high-performing security teams, ideally with a team size of 3-5 engineers.Expertise in network segmentation, isolation techniques, and vulnerability management frameworks.Intuitive and logical thinker with a knack for out-of-the-box problem-solving.Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
