Compensation : $85,000 - $95,000,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 10% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.

Implementation Manager-Remote USA (ACKNOWLEDGE: ET,MT,CT Based Candidates ONLY)

ADVISORY: This is a traveling role (50% per year Approx.)

Ambry's CARE (comprehensive assessment, risk, and education) program offers a fully automated, end-to-end solution for healthcare organizations to standardize risk assessment and genetic testing across multiple specialties, utilizing innovative solutions and leveraging the latest technologies. The implementation manager (IM) will take on the lead project management role for the CARE program, including onboarding new clients, as well as managing the customization, integration, launching, and ongoing success of our programs. The IM will work across departments to ensure best practices, train relevant teams, assess client needs, and identify, create, and customize impactful solutions.

Essential FunctionsCoordinate all aspects of the CARE program, including communicating milestones and project deliverables with clients and internal teams, support setup and launches of participating sites, advise and troubleshoot questions, facilitate integration, workflow, and customizationProvide training and updates across departments regarding the CARE programAssist with developing and ensuring appropriate implementation of policies and proceduresWork with the field-based teams to ensure success of the CARE program post-launchActs as internal and external champion of the CARE programOther duties as assignedQualifications

Experience facilitating or leading an EMR/EHR system integration or implementationExtensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, database management, and web technologies are requiredEfficient and highly organizedProblem solverExcellent multitasking skillsHighly effective communicator and team playerEfficient and time management skillsAbility to motivate others and deal well with conflict management.3+ years of project management or related experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceUp to 50% travelPreferred

PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma training is a plusKnowledge of genetics and/or the genetic testing industry a huge plus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
