**This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced on-site Desktop Support Technician L2 to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users on a variety of issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computersProvide on-site break/fix supportConduct onboarding and offboardingInstall and configure computer systems, peripherals, and softwareMaintain inventory of hardware and software assetsProvide end-user training and supportCommunicate effectively with employees to identify and resolve technical issuesDocument technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing systemRequirements:2+ years of experience in desktop supportStrong knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systemsExperience with hardware troubleshooting and repairStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentA+ Certification is a plusSkills:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of networking and remote support toolsExperience with Microsoft Admin Center, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure ADExperience with enterprise software deployment tools such as Intune, SCCM, and JAMF CasperExperience with using ITSM Ticketing System: ServiceNow
