Exercise GREEN FLAG provides a training venue for joint United States and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers (JTACS), battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air ground operations in counter-land operations. R&K provides subject matter expertise (SME) necessary to support GREEN FLAG tactical exercises.

Duties:
The successful candidate shall:
Draft Personnel Recovery (PR) training objectives, long-range and short- range planning for PR events including coordination with Rescue Squadrons and other participants.Coordinate with Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape Specialist (SERE) support for PR events.Interface and coordinate with US Army planners with respect to PR events during the exercise.Conduct scenario control and role playing for PR events, to include providing inputs to the exercise to simulate Joint Personnel Recovery Cell participation, debrief participants, and write applicable After-Action Reports as they pertain to PR events.Monitor live Close Air Support (CAS) missions and enter basic mission and weapon employment data into a mission monitoring database.Perform other duties as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).Requirements, Relevant Knowledge and/or Skills Required:
PR experience with a USAF Rescue squadronAbility to multi-task, and work within a team constructCapability to work independently and with the demonstrated knowledge, skills, and expertise in the PR discipline necessary to perform all required tasksSecret Clearance RequiredPreferred Qualifications:
Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) experience highly desiredAir Liaison Officer (ALO) and CAS experienceAir Operations in Maritime Warfare (AOMSW) or JTAC experienceFamiliar with CAS OperationsCompleted USAF Joint Firepower CourseExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
