About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Lead Software Developer with a strong focus on developing Generative AI Agents using Python. The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation of AI-driven tools and agents designed to significantly improve software development productivity. You will lead a team to develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions that automate repetitive tasks, provide intelligent code suggestions, and streamline the development lifecycle.
Key Respnsibilities:AI Agent Development:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI Agents using Python to automate and enhance various aspects of the software development process.Develop AI-driven tools that assist in code generation, bug detection, code review, and other development tasks.Continuously improve AI agents by incorporating feedback, enhancing algorithms, and integrating the latest advancements in AI/ML.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI agent development with business goals and development needs.Python Development:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to build and deploy AI agents.Implement best practices in Python coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high performance and reliability of AI agents.Productivity Enhancement:Identify key areas within the software development lifecycle where AI agents can provide the most impact on productivity.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI agents in improving developer efficiency, reducing errors, and accelerating development timelines.Iterate on AI solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics to continually enhance their value.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the requirements and scope of AI agents.Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and planning sessions to drive project success.About you:
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Python.Proven experience in developing AI/ML-driven applications, specifically Generative AI AgentsExperience in delivering AI-based solutions.Technical Skills:Expertise in Python, Django, ORM and Rest APIsExpertise in cloud and serverless computingStrong understanding of Generative AI LLM, including their application in productivity tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying AI models in production environments.Key Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on AI solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Passion for leveraging AI to transform software development processes.
