Responsibilities:
Technical support and administration of the Atlassian product suite including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management and related pluginsCollaborate with end users to design and implement automation rules and scripts to meet business requirementsMaintain runbooks and related documentationCustomizing workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet the needs of the organizationSetting up and configuring dashboards and reports to provide project status and progress visibilityAdvise users on how to optimize their use of these applications to support/ align with related business processesEvaluate and implement plugins and integrationsParticipate in all agile ceremoniesParticipate in testing and implementing upgradesWork with IT Product Managers and Engineers on larger initiativesDeveloping and maintaining integrations with other systems, such as source control and building systemsTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues with internal toolingsTraining and supporting end-users on the use of JiraDevelop and support SIL scriptsRequirements:
At least 8 years of enterprise-level experience in Jira and Confluence system administrationStrong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and integrationExperience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace applicationsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management workflowsEvaluate customer requests and tease out the underlying requirements and use casesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCommunicate in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work effectively in a remote-first work environment_
