Network Systems Engineer I - Endpoint Management

This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to/from client sites.

What you'll do:

Lead endpoint provisioning and deprovisioning support staffHandle general helpdesk service tickets and project tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proactively respond to escalated/assigned tickets.Visit local customer sites to complete projects, one day or multi day.Take ownership of your assignments.Recognize when to escalate to the next level.Build relationships with customers.Identify potential for improvement in customer environments.Communicate potential improvement to Sales.Understand and follow SOPs and suggest or implement changes to SOPs when needed.Background in desktop, system and network admin required.Experience with ticketing systems required.Competencies

Exceptional customer service skills.Good verbal/written communication skills and should be capable of relating technical information to different types of individuals.Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.Able to set priorities and meet individual deadlines while accomplishing team objectives.Able to resolve customer issues appropriately and in a timely manner.Able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships.Tackling difficult and complex problems independently and as a teamAbility to Follow SOP and assist in construction of Standard Operating ProceduresNeed reliable transportation to and from Client SitesMust be willing to visit client sites.Must have ability to lift up-to 50lbs of technical equipment.Must have basic tools.What you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree, Technical school, or related certifications (CCNA or equivalent, Network+, A+)Experience working in a call center, NOC, or customer service-oriented position a major plus.At least 1-4 years' Experience/Knowledge working in
