Description

The mission of the Precision Health Platform Workflows team is to build scalable, easy to compose and execute care pathways and operational workflows. As a Software Developer on the Workflows team, you'll use your strong system software architecture and programming skills to help us develop event-driven solutions to support the advancement of precision health by closing the gap between research and care.

ResponsibilitiesWrite code most of the time!Work closely with data science, UX, hardware, mobile, and firmware engineers to create highly integrated, novel products.Collaborate with teammates across the Research org to advance our development practices.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.3-5 years of experience in software development.Experience delivering software using a general purpose programming language (e.g., Go, C/C++, Java, C#).Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with Go, SQL and/or Java.Hands on experience building event-driven applications and/or micro services.Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
