This position is part of the Detroit Powertrain Mechatronics team. This team is part of a larger department focused on battery electric propulsion technologies. This includes battery, axle and electronic component research and development. Our team focuses on wiring harness, sensor, actuator and controls development on battery electric and internal combustion engine prolusion technologies. This team takes pride in our global collaboration to design, test and release global powertrain technologies to the North American commercial vehicle market.

Focuses on work that requires a combination of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and systems software design responsibilities. Focus on the integration between the mechanical, electrical and systems components of the vehicle. Designs and troubleshoots advanced systems, and focuses on how to integrate these systems into new and existing design concepts.

Position offers a starting salary range of

$74,500 - $98,500 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience
