We are seeking a talented

Java Developer

to join our team and work on

Rates eTrading Application.

_

Role and responsibilities: _ Facilitate the development and growth of the Rates eTrading application stacks, in line with the business goals, as well as help drive and deliver on projects related to IT architecture and new technologies strategies.

Developing, testing, deployment, release, and post-release on several subjects: auto- and manual replying, auto- and manual hedging, internalization, algo order management, booking and trade enrichment, and regulatory compliance.

First level of support :

Ensuring adherence to best practice including code reviews and validation by users, peers, and other stakeholders

Producing written documentation for the purpose of knowledge transfer to the rest of team and effective progress reporting to all stakeholders

Second level of support on the Rates US eTrading platform:

Maintenance: adapt, improve, stabilize and automate the platform to help reduce the human factor and the number of manual interventions

Assistance to users (traders, sales) and to the Application Production Support team

Qualifications:Qualifications

3 years of eTrading experience _

Multithrerading

Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance

5 to 8 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$130,000
