Job Description
Description (including, but not limited to):
Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
This role requires experience with larger scale deployments of Windows 10/11 computers, all Dell computers
Will be directly facing end users (customers) who may not be technical
