Data Analyst
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Responsibilities:• Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources.• Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.• Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.• May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.• Deals with complex and highly variable issues.
Skill Set:• Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.• Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis - identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.• Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources.• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.• Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel• HR technology experience a plus
