Job Opportunity: Material Handler
Join one of the largest distribution companies as a Material Handler! We're looking for hardworking individuals comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a very hot environment.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 4 days a week (including weekends), 10-hour shifts, 3 days off.2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, 5 days a week (including weekends), 8-hour shifts.Pay Rate: $14.50/hour

Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading:
Safely loading and unloading materials from trucks, trailers, or storage areas.Transporting Materials:
Using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually moving materials within the warehouse or production area.Inventory Management:
Tracking inventory levels, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring materials are properly stored.Picking and Packing:
Selecting and preparing items for shipment based on orders, and packaging them securely.Maintaining Equipment:
Ensuring all handling equipment is in good working condition and reporting any issues.RF Scanner Use:
Scanning materials for tracking purposes and updating inventory systems.Safety Compliance:
Following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Organizing Warehouse:
Keeping work areas clean and organized for efficient workflow and minimizing hazards.Material Staging:
Preparing materials for production or assembly by organizing them in the correct order or sequence.Documentation:
Completing necessary paperwork or digital records for inventory and shipments.The essential functions of this role include:
