Must Skills : Hardware, Embedded , Python , automation , TestingWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Dev Testing Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. As a Dev Testing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the development teams to identify, report, and resolve issues early in the software development lifecycle.
Technical Skills:Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline testing tasks, system monitoring, and maintenance processes.Collaborate with ccross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and define automation solutions.Design, implement, and maintain frameworks for automated testing, configuration management, deployment, and monitoring.Good understanding of System Security productsKnowledge of Windows OSs (Client OS)Knowledge of WinPE environment, Power Shell Commands, and scripts.Exposure working with Proto units / pilot unitsWork experience on Security tools / applications.Good understanding of the Laptop / Desktop hardware, HDDs (embedded and external)Good understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP protocolCollaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases that align with project goals.Work with the Core QA team to help with new features, work on bugs, TrainingUnderstanding reading logs and collecting reportsGood knowledge of reproducing issues and collecting logs from the pre-boot environment.Work experience in Microsoft Azure toolsWork experience in working on Agile processKnowledge on Windows Accessibility tools, Language testingBasic understanding of embedded programming devices / tools, like - DediProg.Knowledge of Raspberry with Linux OS with commands
