Standard Hours: Monday - Thursday; 5:00am - 3:30pm

Position Summary

Responsible for moving materials, supplies, and components to designated areas within the facility. Printing and process of labels and shop orders (SOs). Transferring of product and staging for warehouse. Organizing and wrapping skids. Receiving shop orders into IFS and transact in IFS when physically moving product. Making boxes used for final assembly in 4 Bar.

Essential Job Functions and AccountabilitiesPrinting shop order labels and making boxes for final assemblyBe able to competently use IFS for shop order receipts and inventory transactionsTransferring finished good product from Assembly to Warehouse for shippingAbility to identify parts, verifying with the label on the boxAble to ensure quality of partsMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to use counting scaleCertified to operate forkliftAbility to learn and retain general knowledge of quantification of parts along with when and where they goAbility to read SOs and obtain correct product type and quantity to runInform Supervisor of any issues with operation or qualityMaintain a clean workstation and facilityMust wear proper PPE at all times and conform to all safety rules and regulationsPerform any other task asked by ManagementQualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have experience working with inventory systems/ERP (IFS preferred)Previous lift truck experience with OSHA certification preferredMust be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to lift/push/pull minimal of 40 lbsMust have basic math skillsSoftware Skills

Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
