I have an immediate requirement, please let me know if you are interested with this role.Role - Desktop supportLocation - Costa Mesa CA (onsite)Client- ConfidentialType : W2/C2CRoles and Responsibilities:Imaging of Windows Devices to latest versionProvide 2nd Level SupportUnboxing and packing of equipment To/ From Remote locationsMust be able to follow schedules and perform administrative type tasksIMACPerform Hardware and Software InstallationsSmart Hands ActivitiesProvide remote support for users traveling or at home.Endpoint Encryption Troubleshooting - McAfeeAbility to work in Active DirectoryProvide asset information within ticketing system to ensure an accurate asset databasePerform refresh of end user devices in alignment with refresh schedulesAssist with inventory activities as required weekly and monthlyEnsure local Inventory is up to date and correctMaintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5+ tickets per dayAbility to work within Service NowStrong ability to interact with CustomersProper Documentation of End User Issues within Service NowBackup and Restoration of End User Data----Thank you,Deepak SinghEmail: deepak.singh@
