Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing digital marketing across Brand verticals. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and track digital campaigns, ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and industry best practices, and compile reporting on campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Do:Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Margaritaville's overall business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience.Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that digital marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid search, display advertising, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Brand Email Marketing: Working inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plan, strategize, and execute email marketing for the overall brand on a regular schedule providing support and exposure for new locations, products, events, etc.Real Estate Marketing: Working inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working with the real estate leadership, plan and execute email marketing to inform real estate leads of new locations and new opportunities for investment.

SEO and SEM Oversight: Working with outside digital agency and the hospitality marketing leadership to oversee the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance Margaritaville's online visibility, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROl on paid search campaigns.Social Media Collaboration: Work with the social team to understand social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships, to strengthen Margaritaville's presence on social platforms and therefore coordinate cohesive digital efforts and support where relevant.Website(s) Management: Work with digital agency to update and enhance Margaritaville.com website on a regular basis with new/updated information, banners, ad placements, etc.

Cookie Compliance: Work with outside compliance agency to research and categorize cookies as needed.Resourceville: Organize and refresh brand B2B web portal, along with ongoing updates and enhancements as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.Project Management:

Manage the development of an enhanced brand website presence, working with outside agencies and internal team to ideate, develop, and launch a new website that encompasses all partners and licensees within the Margaritaville brand.Create real estate website off Margaritaville.com. Manage the development of the site from discovery to implementation.

Content Development: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling and relevant digital content that resonates with Margaritaville's target audience, maintaining consistency with the brand's voice and identity.Budget Management: Responsible for the effective allocation and management of digital brand marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering measurable results.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (hospitality marketing, revenue strategy, sales, operations, F&B, etc.), to align brand digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.Performs other duties as assigned.Potential travel of up to 15%.What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a management level role, preferably in the hospitality industryKnowledge of the operations of the hospitality industryExpert level understanding and application of web analytics and reporting metricsExpert level experience in SEO, SEM and MetasearchDynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when neededEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsProficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
