Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Digital Services Business Development Manager - Westsupporting our Secure Power Division .

Locations: Phoenix, Arizona, Irvine, California

The Channel Digital Services Business Development Manager is responsible for generating Digital Services sales and market share growth within the assigned accounts by leveraging the EcoStruxure IT Cloud Based Monitoring and Management Platform. You will be responsible for West Region. As the Digital Services Business Development Manager you will have the principal responsibility of consulting with your partners on how to implement a managed power offer within their business practice.

What will you do?

Develop partners to maximize Digital Services revenue

Define the key partner initiatives that align to the Digital Services offer value proposition.Consult with the partner on the implementation and execution of managed power offers.Develop and Grow the Digital Services Partner Base within the TerritoryJointly with the Channel and Territory Managers, build business plans for collaboration and growth in the partner channels.Jointly with the Software Partner Success and Customer Success Managers, support the existing Digital Service partners to expand their reach within their managed services customers.Leverage internal resources (ICM) to improve ease of doing business: Quoting, Onboarding, Pre/post sale supportLeverage a portfolio of partners and key market influencers to support territory growth across multiple verticals

Collaborate with NAM's to develop targeted regional campaigns impacting growthUtilize Channel Marketing resources to develop and maintain mindshare within partner accounts.Key Stakeholder in Channel/End-user lead development sharing.Collaborate with CM & TM to strategize and develop region specific acquisition campaigns targeting net new Digital Services partners.Mine and develop key relationships with the focus on cross customer collaborationWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?BA/BS degree in related field2+ years of sales experience in a multiple distribution channel environmentMust demonstrate the ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forcase channels sales activitiesunderstand business organizations and their buying cyclesexhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skillshave strong relationship selling skills within the channels communityare a self-starter and strong closer with multitasking abilitypossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsability to travel 50%Let us learn about you!
