Job Description:Join a team of PeopleSoft experts focusing on the Absence Management module. Collaborate with EITS, Human Resources, and Payroll to guide end-users through design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. This role will identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
Key Responsibilities:High-level understanding of HRIS and functional experience with HR business events.7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including 3+ full implementations, especially in Absence Management and Benefits.Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and develop model office configurations.Proficient in test planning and execution, with experience in application design and configuration.Collaborate with project managers to document requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in HRIS, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years in HRIS solution design and program delivery.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with EHR applications (Allscripts, Epic) and other hospital systems is a plus.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Experience:
Three years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.
