Document Controller - Engineering & Substation Projects (King of Prussia, PA)
ExecuPOWER is looking for a Document Controller to manage project documentation for substation and engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, filing, reporting, and distribution of documents, ensuring compliance with ExecuPOWER and client standards. You will work closely with our Substation, Quality, Operations, and other Engineering Departments to keep our documentation organized and accessible.
What You'll Be Doing:Assist with substation project deliverables, managing drawings, and transmittals.Print, scan, and upload documents as per company procedures, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.Register and archive technical documents like drawings and blueprints in document management systems such as SharePoint and Procore.Maintain record retention schedules, ensuring all documents are stored correctly and are easily accessible to relevant personnel.Monitor the DocControl Substation Email Inbox, prioritizing tasks such as substation drawing pulls, reference document pulls, and design package submittals.Support the development of internal document control procedures, including creating templates and managing the folder structure for both internal and client standards.Collaborate with the Substation Team to manage the filing and organization of client and internal documents.Work with client IT departments to ensure document control systems meet client requirements.What You'll Need:
Ability to work in the ExecuPOWER King of Prussia office, 5 days a week.Experience with Office 365 and document management systems like SharePoint and Procore.Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or project documentation management.High school diploma required; additional certifications in document control or office administration are a plus.About ExecuPOWER:
