Software Engineer Intern (.NET)
to be a part of our Research and Technology (R&T) team based out of our New York or Wayzata offices, for Summer 2025. This is an exciting position offering opportunities to gain exposure to enterprise software development practices at a global hedge fund.
Position Responsibilities
Aid in the development of new lines of business solutions using C#, WinForms, Excel and SQL (Oracle / Postgres)Support senior staff in designing and implementing complete solutions for our front office/risk systems.Provide support for in-house and 3rd party applicationsQualifications & Desired Skills
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or FinanceExperience programming in C#, Java, or C++Familiarity with object-oriented programming conceptsExperience with ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassionate about programming and technologyInterest in financial trading industryAbility to work effectively in a high-energy, time sensitive team environmentDetail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
This role is also eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, healthcare plan, 401(k) matching program, etc. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education.
Base Salary for this role is expected to be between:
$40-$45 USD
