Job Description
Provide L2/L3 technical support for IT Infrastructure (Network and Server) and End User Compute (Managed Windows Endpoint).Offer escalated support to the NY Service Desk team and manage technical service delivery, incident, and problem resolution.Maintain and support end-user devices across Azure/O365, AAD, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams, with strong Group Policy and device management skills.Apply networking expertise, including experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN in a medium-sized corporate environment (200+ staff).Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors, offering on-site support and contributing to the IT strategy implementation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT with relevant leadership and staff motivation skills, and qualifications including IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco is a plus).Extensive IT knowledge in Windows 10, MS Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, with skills in video conferencing support and mobile device management (Intune).Proficiency in networking (LAN/WAN), network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and technologies like VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Citrix Virtual Apps.Experience in security technologies (Carbon Black, Forcepoint) and software deployment (SCCM, Intune), with strong incident and problem management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience supporting users at all organizational levels and being security-aware
