Work Location:Tampa, FLSummary:This position is responsible for the management of projects within the Regulatory Program Team. S/He will partner with key internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end program / project management for all regulatory programs and ensures the company meets the Regulators timelines and standard. The ideal candidate will have experience leading project management including tracking and reporting, process improvement and change management. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues across team and outside. Knowledge and experience in Regulatory domain will be an advantage.Responsibilities:

Support / manage high priority regulatory projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analyzing requirements, project scope and planning, communicating project deliverables and working across teams to implement the regulatory mandate within the timelineDefine project scope and objectives, gather, analyze, validate, and manage project requirementsFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact regulatory requirements and implementation framework through in-depth analysis and evaluation of regulatory mandate, systems and industry standards, and produce clear requirements documents using a structured analysis methodology in collaboration with business, operations and multiple technology teamAttend regulatory meetings as representative of the organization on regulatory matters. Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across Technology / Businesses to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relationsDrive tactical and strategic planning to ensure the program corrective actions plans are met. This includes identifications, documentation, reviews of multiple deliverables (Technology, businesses, Internal Audit, Risk etc.) before distributing to Regulators on a regular basisMaintain awareness of changing industry trends, competition and regulations that impact any phase of success of the lending businessImplement controls to enhance integrity of key management reportingIdentifies risks, communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation optionsThis is a dynamic role and responsibilities within the PMO function may be assigned based on requirementsRequired Skills:

2-4+ years financial business domain knowledge (Capital Markets, Cash, Derivatives, Money Markets covering Cross Asset product groups: Rates, FX, Credit, Equities, Commodities & GSP)4+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program management, strategy development and execution, ability to engage with several working groups, lead and manage simultaneous projects4+ years of financial industry experienceA track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile project work, JIRA and ConfluenceCommunication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams.Excellent organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in any environment.Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projectsDemonstrates strong cross functional leadership to aligning process, projects, and people to meet business goals in cross-functional team settingAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to transfer data into compelling presentationsDemonstrates clear understanding of the drivers of performance and decision making to maximize results. Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategyThis person should have an eye for detail and have ability to review project updates, plans, etc. and identify gaps / mistakesPreferred Skills:
