two 8-hr days + one 8-hr day or two 4-hr daysboth options can be floating days

Manage and coordinate all the major aspects of the patient's careCommunicate the relevant aspects of the long-term care process to all necessary partiesAssuring financial reimbursement for servicesPromoting adequate documentationQualifications:
Experience in rehabilitation and/or healthcareExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsNegotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously
