Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a RPA Developer.

In the Robotic Process Automation Developer role as part of our Innovation and Operational Improvement (IOI) Team, you'll work cross-functionally with business users and subject matter experts to optimize workflow processes and team member contributions. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing errors, and maintaining bot currency. To be successful, you'll need experience in Automation Anywhere.

RPA Developer Responsibilities:

Provide guidance with process designDesign, develop, and test automation workflowsDeploy RPA components including bots and logging toolsSupport the launch and implementation of RPA solutions through internal release processesCreate process and end-user documentation using Visio and other toolsWork with QA Analysts to ensure the automation meets user intent (QA processes)Work with users, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projectsWork directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and workflowsCollaborate with IOI team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutionsSupport deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed (required)Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processesRPA Developer Requirements:

The Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional Certification is highly desiredIf not certified, obtaining the Automation Anywhere Developer Certification will be expected once the developer has been hired

Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms. Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferredBasic programming knowledgeExperience with identifying windows and web-based object properties and dealing with dynamic object propertiesAble to design technical specification documents for RPA ProjectsExperience with Agile development methodologyExperience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferredKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learningUnderstanding of workflow-based logicStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsSuperior time and project management skillsAbility to present technical details to non-technical audiencesExcellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methodsAbility to work through ambiguous situationsExcellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directedAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projectsEducation and/or Experience : (includes certificate & licenses)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experienceExperience developing with one or more of ASP, ASP.Net, C#, Windows Applications, HTML, XML, XSLT and JavaScriptDevelopment experience utilizing Oracle and SQL Server is a plusExperience with Oracle Forms and Reports programming a plusMust be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation+Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in Computer Science

Pay and Benefits:

Salary range (Level 2): $75,000 - $98,000

Other levels may be considered based on experience
