*Job Title: PC Technician Support**Job Description:*Are you passionate about IT and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated PC Technician to join our IT team and support a critical hardware/software refresh project. This role offers a blend of independent work and collaboration, ensuring that our employees' machines are efficiently imaged and refreshed.*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Daily Operations:* Arrive on-site, review the list of employees scheduled for a refresh, and coordinate with them to set up appointments.* *Coordination:* Gather necessary personal information and follow a detailed script to ensure each machine is properly imaged using SCCM.* *Quality Assurance:* Follow a checklist to confirm that each machine meets the specific requirements of the employee.* *Logistics Management:* Coordinate the shipment of new devices and ensure employees use the same packaging to return their old machines.* *Post-Refresh Support:* Provide follow-up troubleshooting for issues such as Outlook configuration, missing folders, and OneDrive synchronization.*Required Skills:*
* *Technical Expertise:* Proficient in imaging, Windows 10 troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and SCCM.* *Customer Service:* Strong communication skills to interact with employees and resolve their issues effectively.* *Organizational Skills:* Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate logistics efficiently.* *Asset Management:* Experience in managing IT assets and ensuring accurate tracking.*Top Skills:*
