Clearance : Minimum active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI CI Poly

Location/Flexibility:

Remote Flexible with on-site work in the DC Metro area based on program need.

NT Concepts is seeking a talented Developer to join our team within our Intel Community. You will be responsible for designing and developing APIs using Java in an AWS cloud infrastructure . This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with a passion for building high-quality, scalable applications and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and implement APIs and software features using Java and best practicesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeUtilize unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality and functionalityDevelop and deploy data pipelines using Java or Python and AWS services (e.g., Flask, S3, EC2, Lambda)Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutionsAutomate data processing tasks and workflowsPerform testing with a focus on Information Assurance (IA)Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issuesCollaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accessibilityStay up-to-date on the latest software development tools and technologiesQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with CI poly clearance3+ years of experience as a Java Software Developer, or similar roleExperience with Java for API developmentExperience with SQL and proficiency in writing complex queriesExperience using AWS cloud servicesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitLab)Familiarity with the ETL processFamiliarity with Python programming for data manipulation and analysisFamiliarity with conducting manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirementsFamiliarity with Information Assurance (Security +)Understanding of Object Based ProductionExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:

Holds a current Security+ CE certificationPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
