Secret cleared Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Our client, located in Hampton, VA, is currently in need of a Secret cleared Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a 7 month contract. The consultant will work onsite in support of hosted cloud, IaC and Windows infrastructure as the team looks to implement provisioning automation using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. As part of the role, the team is responsible for maintaining Iaas and PaaS infrastructure uptime across cloud environments, troubleshooting issues, and future capacity planning.

Required Skills:Active DoD Secret or higher clearanceAbility to work onsite in Hampton, VAExperience with the design and implementation of infrastructure provisioning automation using IaC, TerraForm, AWS CloudFormation, etc.Experience maintaining Windows infrastructure across AD, DNS, Federation Services, Exchange, MS SQL, and Systems CenterAbility to support cloud and hybrid cloud solutionsExperience implementing STIGsAbility to provide technical expertise and maintenance of detailed architectural designs, plans, and documentation IAW industry standards. Includes detailed documentation on infrastructure and networks, configuration and layout of storage infrastructure, data sharing and migration plans, recovery plans, incident response plans, and backup and archiving plans.Ability to provide on-call support as part of a rotating scheduleDesired Skills:
