Role: Sr. Java Developer
Location: San Leandro, CA (Day 1 onsite - no flexibility)
Long term Contract
Must have:
Java, Kafka, MongoDB, and Microservices experience.
Job Description:• 7+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE• 3+ years of development experience with Java 8, Spring boot, and REST Web Services is a must.• Advanced proficiency and hands-On experience with database development using SQL• Competent in distributed systems design and implementation. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.• Advanced proficiency in unit testing as well as coding in Java 8 and Spring Boot technologies• Experience in testing automation using Junit/Mockito, Cucumber• Knowledge of the UNIX (Linux) environment is a must• Experience with AWS?• Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably SAFe• Good communication skills
