Job Description:Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software as a service (SaaS) in Ticket Evolution's Technology group. Design technical architectures to solve prioritized business initiatives with support from peers and domain experts. Design and build scalable solutions. Develop engineering artifacts systems & application designs, API documentation, and Solution Maintenance documentation. Architect code and make modifications. Participate in design, code, and test plan reviews. Analyze software issues and recommend workaround solutions. Understand business problems and work with Technical Project Lead(s) and Product Lead(s) to define execution plans. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Supervise a team of engineers.

Requirements:Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, and two (2) years work experience in the job offered or in a related position working in an Agile software development environment designing, developing, and validating solutions. Also requires two (2) years of experience within the secondary ticketing industry in each: (1) Kubernetes for automating software deployment, scaling, and management; (2) Operating Systems Linux and Windows platforms to build and deploy software; (3) SQL, NoSQL, SQLAlchemy for data storage and management; (4) Python to build web and application products; and (5) Amazon Web Services (AWS), Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, API Gateway, EC2, Step Functions, SNS, Kinesis, Elasticsearch, and Athena.
