Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company.
Summary:
Client Agency is DHS.Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).Will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into detailed specifications and user stories. Will lead Agile processes and be a key to driving efficient and effective project delivery.Requirements:
Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).Must have a CSM certification or other Agile certification.Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.Must have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.Must have previous experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.Must have previous experience writing and refining user stories, managing product backlogs, and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills.Must be located within 50 miles of Camp Springs, MDWork With Us

IT-Strat has supported multiple clients including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE via both prime and meaningful subcontracts). Additionally, IT-Strat has prime contracts with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and many others. We maintain relationships with multiple large businesses.
IT-Strat was established in 2002. We are a certified Woman Owned Small Business. IT-Strat also successfully graduated as an SBA 8(A) company. It was an 8(a) company from 2008 through 2017 and currently still has 8(a) contract vehicles.
