Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital is a part of the NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, is currently searching for a Inpatient Master Social Worker/Therapist to join our Social Services team to support our patients at our hospital.

Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.Qualifications
Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or related discipline required.Experience: Two (2) years of social work or counseling experience in inpatient behavior health setting or acute psychiatric settingLicensure: Currently licensed to practice Social Work or Counseling in the State of Arizona preferred
