CFC has a need for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Business Technology Services team. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays. The Business Systems Analyst provides system enhancements, issue resolution, testing and training for internally leveraged systems for all loan portfolios and provides support in annual repricing efforts of CFC loan programs.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:• Oversee assigned applications to ensure proper daily functioning, testing, as needed, and tracking and driving completion of system-related changes.• Work with appropriate users in converting business requirements into detailed functions specifications and test plans and oversees and/or assists in user acceptance testing.• Troubleshoot and resolve business user issues.• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between business and technical staff.• Conduct GAP analysis of processes, procedures and system applications.• Produce data for management to use in analysis and decision-making.• Communicate relevant updates and notifications to appropriate business users.

To be successful, you will need:• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.• 3 years of experience in related field.• Knowledge of FIS - ACBS or other loan servicing systems.• Experience conducing GAP analysis of policies, procedures and system applications.• Experience writing and executing test plans.• Proven ability to work independently.• Advanced knowledge of system design and GAP.• Proven ability to gather and properly document system requirements.• Advanced ability to write and execute test plans.• Proven ability to troubleshoot system errors or anomalies.• Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.• Advanced knowledge of CFC applications.• Strong attention to detail abilities and the proven ability to work on multiple projects.• Ability to use standard office equipment.
