What you will be doing:
Designs, develops, and delivers software applications and systems. Maintain and support production and non- production systems. Participate in all phases of delivery: from system analysis to technical design and development and test to deployment and support.

Be part of a fast paced, highly technical development team responsible for developing and delivering SaaS solutions to HR organizations
Participate in all phases of SDLC: from system analysis to technical design and development and test to deployment and support
Design and develop software systems and subsystems
Troubleshoot moderately complex issues during the project and provide solutions to solve them
Work closely with business stakeholders to help define and execute requirements
Provide support to production; diagnose and quickly resolve production issues
Conduct design and code reviews and provide feedback on engineering best practices
Mentor more junior members on the team
Decision Making
Receives limited direction and exercises independent judgement within the scope of their role
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Required
3 years of programming experience - Required
Would relevant experience be considered in lieu of applicable degree?
Yes
Minimum additional years of experience that would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree:
3 years

Java/J2EE/JEE technologies
MVC frameworks (Spring a strong plus)
Database Development (MS SQL Server a strong plus)
Web Development (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery a strong plus)
Web Services
Agile methodologies experience (e.g. Scrum) a strong plus
Mobile app development experience a plus
Mobile First and Responsive Web Design experience a plus
.NET development experience a plus
Stays engaged until successful delivery
Excellent understanding of engineering best practices and software design
Excellent written/documentation and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Willing to take on projects and challenges and can be flexible
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding business objectives
