As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and contribute to upcoming projects.Role and Responsibilities:Project Meetings:
Actively participate in project meetings to understand and contribute to project goals and requirements. Configuration and Implementation:
Configure and implement scripts for network devices, specifically Juniper and Cisco platforms, during scheduled maintenance windows. Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues related to Cisco and Juniper devices. Collaboration:
Work closely with Senior Staff Engineers and report to VP of Engineering. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.Technical Skills and Qualifications:Experience with Cisco and Juniper Platforms: Demonstrated experience with Cisco ASR 9k, NCS 5501, Nexus 93180, and Juniper QFX 5120 and 48Y devices.IP Concepts:
Strong understanding of IP networking concepts and protocols.Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) and Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIP, etc.) are preferred.Problem-Solving Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Team Structure:Immediate Team:
Work directly with the data network engineering team, and other engineering professionals.
