Our communications client is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team.

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Network Engineer:Troubleshoots and resolves complex field issues related to Access and CPE devices.Conducts comprehensive assessments of existing technologies to identify performance and capacity gaps.Establishes security, connectivity, and access parameters.Provides strategic recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.Tests and fine-tunes security systems and devices.Configures and programs routers and switches. Implements communication technologies for both data and voice.Oversees the management of network services from the planning phase through to full implementation. Requires extensive knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure. Proficiency in scripting, coupled with advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, is essential.Requirements of the Network Engineer:
