Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 to join our client's team in the Memorial City area. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and be responsible for architecting, enabling, and supporting all services within the suite. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Microsoft 365 services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office 365, Teams, Defender for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and other related applications.Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services and tools.Develop and execute strategies for the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 environments.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing systems and applications.Monitor performance, security, and compliance of Microsoft 365 services and ensure they meet organizational standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and features, and recommend improvements and best practices.Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 architecture, configurations, and support processes.Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office 365, Teams, Defender for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.Experience with designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent are preferred.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multi-cloud environment.Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies.Why Join Us:
