Senior Digital and Predictive AnalystLocation: Orlando, FL (Onsite from Day1)Duration: 06+ MonthsPay Rate: $50-$55/hrJob Description:In this role, this resource would help working with large, disparate data-sets , work with multiple data environments / tools, and become a subject matter expert with data and source systems used within various lines of business.ResponsibilitiesBehavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumptionClient on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, persona development, demand and conversion optimization questionsPotentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature developmentAbility to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findingsQualifications we seek in you:Bachelor's degree in analytical/quantitative field - e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc6+ years of analytical and digital experience in relevant fieldPrimarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace, CJA, etc.), but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be idealPreferred Qualifications/ Skills:Proficiency in , R, and/or Python programming languagesInterest in machine learning and artificial intelligenceAbility to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environmentAbility to deliver work on-timeTeam player mentalityGet stuff done approachAttentiveness to detailDesire to learn and grow with an organizationExperience in hospitality and media industry is an advantage
