What we are looking for
Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master/Operations Analyst to join our team.
Location: Hybrid Remote to client site. Candidates must be located in the DC/MD/VA area.
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Collaborate with product leadership to define and utilize metrics aligned with project objectives.Conduct Scrum process training and coaching for team members, as required.Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize project value.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Remove impediments and ensure the team has everything they need to deliver high-quality products on time.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development and customer teams.Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the team or project.What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.5+ Years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
