Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed specifications that follow project guidelines required to develop configurations on FacetsWork closely with and communicate with Business Operations Teams and Systems AnalystsArchitect, prototype, design and document, code & test Facets Medical Plan, Product, Provider, Pricing, Subscriber / member, Claims, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Customer service, workflow, security, etc. application configurations to support new and existing business requirements for migration projects, new implementation and current productionDevelop configuration components for new business requirements and updates to existing requirements, following the established architecture, global design and workflow recommendations and alternatives.Devise or modify procedures / configurations that solve complex business problems with due consideration to rate of change , flexibility and ease of maintenance of these configurations.Analyze and revise existing configuration documentation and PnPsAssist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned workExperience in Agile/Lean (Scrum and Kanban) methodology and ability to work in a fast paced environmentExperience to lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessionsDevelop configuration components for new business requirements and updates to existing requirements, following the established architecture and global designRequirements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in TriZetto FACETS configuration of Claims Processing,Guided Benefit Configuration, Group, Product, Plan, Provider, Pricing, Subscriber / Member, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Customer service, workflow, security, etc4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Configuration Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development & testing4+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)3+ years of experience translating business requirements into details system specificationHigh level understanding of the desk level SOPs and PoliciesExperience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodologyHigh degree of technical expertise in Microsoft Office (including word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), MS Visio, MS ProjectPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree2+ years of experience with Trizetto NetworX & GrouperExperience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessionsProfessional experience as a Systems Analyst integrating FACETS in an enterprise architecture
