We are recruiting for a

Junior Power BI Developer

to join our Technology team.

As a Junior Power BI Developer, you will be an integral part of our data analytics team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare data for analysis.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Support ad hoc reporting requests and data visualization needs.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power BI reports and data sources.Stay current with the latest Power BI features and updates to enhance reporting capabilities. Experience with DBeaver, Postgres, databricks and R or python is a plusQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.CEA Core Values
