AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Cyber Analyst SME to support the client ensuring adherence to CISA standard operating procedures, quality control standards, and best practices for analytical products and services.Analyze cybersecurity reporting, both vulnerability (environmental) and threat (actor) related.Develop and document repeatable and effective processes for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WIs).Review CIRCIA reporting for operational relevance and alignment to CISA priorities.Analyze CIRCIA reporting and other data sets to inform CISA leadership and recommend adjustments to the triage of reporting based on changes in the operational environment and adversary activities.Perform analysis providing context to CIRCIA reporting in relation to CISA missions.Perform continual analysis of cyber analytic requirements.Support tracking and routing of inbound and outbound information and production requirements to fill information and analytic gaps.Match information assets/capabilities against information requirements/information needs.Ensure critical and priority information requirements are gathered in time to meet current operational needs.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10+ years demonstrated expertise in investigating, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents.Strong ability to support the development of new processes and procedures.Excellent stakeholder communication, process monitoring, and continuous improvement to maintain high standards of compliance and operational integrity.CISSP or similar certification highly preferred.This position is contingent on contract award.
