The Role
We're seeking a Senior Analyst who thrives on tackling complex challenges with analytical finesse. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our internal media and consulting teams, turning ambiguous problems into clear, data-driven insights and actionable solutions. Your ability to gather, interpret, and analyze diverse data sets will be key in shaping our clients' success.
This is a hybrid role based in NYC.
ResponsibilitiesDive deep into client and external data to uncover growth opportunities with significant impactInform media planning strategies by recommending optimal campaign approaches, audience targeting tactics, and effective measurement frameworksIndependently craft and present insightful analyses of campaign performance, ranging from comprehensive reports to detailed audience segmentation, bid strategies, experimental outcomes, creative assessments, and landing page optimizationsDerive and implement optimizations and new campaign strategies, such as new bid approach, ad copy A/B tests, and audience testing to improve performanceCollaborate with our Business Intelligence Engineering team to refine our analytics roadmap, ensuring efficient data extraction, integration, and deliveryAssist internal teams in building out client decks - providing visualization of data and the story it tellsRequirements
5+ years of experience in an analytics role3+ years of experience supporting management consulting, retail, marketing and/or media stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering actionable insightsDemonstrated track record of delivering impactful data visualizations and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics,Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related fieldProven expertise in developing and applying predictive models and advanced statistical methodsStrong proficiency in experiment design, multivariate testing frameworks, and optimization strategiesExceptional skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform complex queriesExperience with programming languages such as Python or RNice to Have
Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake and AWS
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
